At a customers system i got that from apt-update:

file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
apt-get clean dont solve this.
apt-get autoremove got no packages to remove.
Any ideas?
Well, that binary-i386 is pretty suspect.
Have you enabled multiarch on Proxmox?
