I wrote one that you can grab from ... http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/~mark/pvfs/pvfs2-cp-r I haven't used it in years, but as far as I know it works (though any bug reports would be welcome). All it does it create necessary subdirectories, and copy files; e.g. it doesn't create symlinks on the destination side which exist on the source side. Somebody else in our group wrote one in perl, which might be better and/or faster than my shell script: http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/~mark/pvfs/pvfs2-cp-r.pl Enjoy ... --------------- Mark Bartelt Center for Advanced Computing Research California Institute of Technology Pasadena, California 91125 626 395 2522 626 584 5917 fax 626 628 3994 e-fax [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/~mark _______________________________________________ Pvfs2-users mailing list [email protected] http://www.beowulf-underground.org/mailman/listinfo/pvfs2-users
