Hi all, I have couple of questions regarding Orange FS v3. As looking from presentation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFH8PoCw0v0) by Byod Wilson about upcoming v3, I found that it will have replication on object basis and their will be master and replica. I am wondering how and which algorithm is used to detect which copy is master and what is the procedure for upgrading replica to master in case of failure.
Also what is the approximate release date for v3. As it seems v3 is getting more towards Object based file system such as Ceph, Quobyte FS etc and it seems interesting to know that things are moving in a direction where failure is considered as normal not a specific condition.
