After looking at the batch_create issue, I suspect that the problems we are
seeing are related to our new security/capability caches.  I would like to
use your files to recreate the problem.  You can send me these files using
Clemson's dropbox service.  Just go to https://filedrop.clemson.edu/dropbox
and click on the drop-off button.  Use my name and email address as the
recipient:  Becky Ligon
[email protected]

If you can "tar" all the files together, that would make the transfer a bit
easier.
