We should have the fix for this ready tomorrow (Tuesday).

Thanks,

Doan,
I have found bugs in our user- and kernel-level code that prevent ACLs from
working. They should not be too hard to fix, so I will work on those next week.
I will let you know when updated code is available.

Thanks,
Sam S.

Subject: [Pvfs2-users] setfacl

Hi,

I'm a newbie in orangefs. One requirement is the ability to set acl permission
to directories and files.
I have installed orangefs v2.9.2 and a client mounted successfully.
However when i tried to set permission using setfacl, i get "Invalid argument"

sudo setfacl -m u:myuser:rwx test
setfacl: test: Invalid argument

I have added the acl option when mounting:
mount -t pvfs2 tcp://orange2:3334/orangefs /mnt/orangefs -o acl

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Doan
