Probably too late for anyone else doing so, but if the above doesn't
have any effect, check with svn info whether you're using http or https.
It took me an embarrassing number of stares.

By the way, JavaScript-less visitors to the web site won't see it as
intended, though it's still at least usable.  (I'd expect clued-up
systems people who might be going there are more likely than most to use
noscript or similar.)
