Gentoo is really easy now too. Think i've already published the install procedure on this mailing list. :-) ---snip--- Using Gentoo Linux: 1) Select the in-kernel module (according to Mike's Instructions on his website) and recompile kernel. The default gentoo provided kernel may already provide the options compiled in. 2) # emerge media-tv/pvr-firmware 3) # modprobe pvrusb (if needed) You should now have a loaded /dev/v4l/video0 device. :-) ---snip--- -- Roger http://www.eskimo.com/~roger/index.html Key fingerprint = 8977 A252 2623 F567 70CD 1261 640F C963 1005 1D61 Sat Oct 14 19:44:40 PDT 2006 _______________________________________________ pvrusb2 mailing list [email protected] http://www.isely.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pvrusb2
