The chips seem a pixart PAC7311 or PAC7312 nothing todo with the pwc driver :(
The encoded stream is a sort of jpeg with strange marker 0xff 0xff 0xff 0x0n
every 1024 bytes. Until the compressed stream is unknow, there are no support
under Linux

How did you get this stream, so I get try it out on my kit?
