I'm pretty sure the bug is actually a bit different.
Let me know if this works: restart your browser and try again.

It turns out that Swiki processes passwords in preference to IPs. This 
makes some sense. After all, you would probably have a password that 
would give you a higher access than just your IP. However, when you are 
admin, the request to the normal site still contatins your admin ID. So, 
the security for that Swiki checks your username:password and finds that 
it is invalid and rejects the request.

This is a stupid thing and a bug. I've fixed it for Release 1.
