Another wiki I've used has a Preview button in addition to the Save 
button. It's a good thing, though I think a Save and Keep Editing 
button would be as well.

PS: I'd just like to thank Bijan and Mark and everyone else here for 
being so helpful. I work with and review a LOT of different programs 
and companies, and it's uncommon to see such excellent support these 
days, especially on something that seems as complex to the user as 
Squeak/Swiki.
