I'm not sure what the first sentence means. To fix the page, go to the
directory where the page is (i.e. swiki/myimgedswiki/pages/), find the
page (2.xml) and fix it by hand. Then, restart ComSwiki.

Apache shouldn't make a difference.

it be that the ApacheDir/uploads/myimgedswiki/ directory was never
created? If that is the case, you may have to create it.
