Hi Bo,

I saw the "http:changes.cgi" link on that wiki. This is a malformed URL,
and not viewable with Netscape 6, which conforms to the RFC (I just
tried). You should change the wiki formatter to strip the "http:" prefix
from such references, then it works fine.

Je77, could we do the same for Swiki? That is, if a link starts with
"http:" but without the "//", make a relative URL by stripping the first 5
characters.
