I am hereby announcing Swiki 1.0 ("Expecting To Fly"), running under 
Comanche 4.9. Tomorrow, I will create the pre-packaged downloads and make 
them available at http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki.

For now, you can download the sources from http://seaweed.cc.gatech.edu/refs.
