No. There isn't. The one you get off of minnow is pretty minimized 
(compared to regular Squeak), but it's still 8megs or so. Usually, when 
you download Squeak, there is some code lying in a file to build a mini 
image. You can use that to get a mini-image and then file-in ComSwiki 
(from seaweed.cc.gatech.edu).

I think the mini-image uses MVC and dumps Morphic. That should be okay, 
because you can use ComSwikiLauncher openMVCView. I'm not sure if the 
mini-image has networking.

It isn't impossible to make one; it just isn't easy.
