If the server appears as a mounted volume to the native OS, then the simplest thing
that you can do right out of the box is to select that server from the blue dialog
that appears during the publish operation. You won't get some of the fancier
superswiki features, but you should be able to publish and load projects. The folks at
Ga Tech who maintain the swiki code have talked about including superswiki serving as
a part of the standard swiki, but that's a bit down the road.

Yes, publish the inner ones first. If, by inner ones, you simply mean project
thumbnails (ProjectViewMorphs), this should work well. If, however, you mean projects
which have been entered with the "Enter active" menu option, it may be more
problematic - this aspect has not received as much attention.
