(This one was a race condition between subscribing and submitting.)
Jean, the admin tool only works for Comanche, which is different than
PWS. You can download Comanche (and its Swiki) from
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki
PWS PSwiki may still work. What error are you getting? As I recall,
when exceptions were added into Squeak, some of the authorization
requests in PWS broke. I remember fixing some of them, but I don't
know about PSwiki's.
