I'm attaching the special stuff for squeak. Use at your own risk.
The files one contains the squeak color scheme that needs to go in
/swiki/default/files/. The swiki one contains the code that needs to go
in /swiki/.
As far as not displaying docs and refs, you need to use the AdminTool and
change setup of these to not be visible or accessible.
