Hi,
I am currently using IE to browse my swikis and I am experiencing a
strange effect with the passwords of my protected swikis.
Expected behavior should be that once you enter you user name and
passwords you receive no more requests for "that session". At least
that's how netscape works and looks fine. However Internet explorer
seams to forget/mix-up passwords when you are browsing more than one
protected swikis at the same time. The fist problem is that it starts
asking for user name and password for every page (sometimes more than
once for each page). The second inconvenient is that even if you checked
the box "remember passwords" both user name are password are lost. It is
enough to close the browser and open it again for the "remember
passwords" mechanism to work fine again..(Only until you get to another
password protected swiki). This does not happen if you browse each swiki
with a different "instance" of the IE.
Any ideas? Just use Netscape? :)
