Thanks Jochen, that solves my upload problems!
I did make two mistakes when it did not work:
1. I did copy exactly the settings from previous releases, which means that
UploadPath & UploadServerPath should stay empty.... wrong
2. When I did try to fill in your message on the bottom of this email, I
thought that I should replace /mySwiki/ with the directory my new swiki was
in... wrong again.

Settings for the site should be:
uploadPath (override) uploads
uploadServerPath (override) /mySwiki/uploads/
