[pws] Access from localhost on Windows?

Hi,

a friend installed ComSwiki on his Windows machine and ran into the
problem that he can not access the admin pages from the same machine. I
know this has been discussed, but I can't find any archive (the yahoo
groups archive is empty). Was there a solution proposed / implemented?

[and is there a bugs / fixes list for ComSwiki somewhere?]
