woops, sorry, yea. rev 139 [1] had these fixes. James also did the uri fixes as the same rev. My name is Sergio Freire and I run a Jabber server for my company, PT Inovacao. We are having the same problem with avatars but pyMSNt! All users that are connected trough Jabber get their avatar in MSN as the pyMSNt default one and not the avatar that they have in their jabber account. So users that connect using the MSN client see ourselves all with lamps as avatars... Any way to fix this? Are you using the Google Talk server and/or client? If so, this is probably fixed in PyMSNt SVN (in revision 139 as Norman mentioned) - unfortunately, there hasn't been a release yet, so you need to fetch the latest SVN snapshot. If you're not familiar with SVN, you can simply download a tarball here: http://websvn.delx.cjb.net/websvn/dl.php?repname=pymsnt&path=%2Ftrunk%2F&rev=0&isdir=1 However, note that the SVN version might have other issues, such as those discussed in some of the latest threads on this list. As server Im using jabberd 1.4.3. The problem is simple: all users connect through the jabber server using pymsnt-0.11 appear with the default avatar which comes with pymsnt and not the avatar of the jabber user itself. So if you have a monkey avatar in your jabber account, in MSN you appear with a light bulb.. The jabber avatar isnt updated in the MSN network. If you change the jabber avatar, the MSN avatar wont be changed... You always have the light bulb in MSN.. PS: Thanks about the SVN btw but i already know how to use it ;) Regards, Sergio Freire -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Lars T. As far as I remember, at least Pandion doesn't support sending vCard based avatars (JEP-0153) and PyMSNt only supports this format when setting the MSN avatar. Fortunately, Pedro posted a patch less than a week ago to support JEP-0008 avatars in PyMSNt [1] - this is the format used for sending avtars in Pandion.
