I would like to hear your comments on the following matter. PyMSNt performs these steps to decide on a display name: 1. Retrieve the NICKNAME field from the user's vCard 2. Retrieve the FN (full name) field from the user's vCard 3. Use the user portion of the user's JID Shouldn't the user's display name as stored by MSN rather be used? I feel it's inconsistent to not use the proper display name, especially since PyMSNt will update your display name with its version. Since the display name information is available (sent with PRP MFN <name>), I feel it should be first prize.
