I don't know what is going on still, but when I respond to the presence
subscription request for the MSN transport, here is what shows up in the
transport log:

[2010-01-15 11:18:42] INFO ::  :: Sending unavailable presence to non-logged in
user. :: onPresence :: PyTransport :: {'el': <twisted.words.xish.domish.Element
object at 0x9a500ac>, 'froj': JID(u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net'), 'ulang':
u'en', 'self': 'instance', 'fro': u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net', 'ptype':
u'subscribe', 'toj': JID(u'msn.jabber.icequake.net/registered'), 'to':
u'msn.jabber.icequake.net/registered', 's': None}
[2010-01-15 11:18:42] INFO ::  :: Sending unavailable presence to non-logged in

u'subscribed', 'toj': JID(u'msn.jabber.icequake.net/registered'), 'to':
u'msn.jabber.icequake.net/registered', 's': None}

The odd thing with the MSN transport (0.11.3) is that it shows logged
off and will never appear to log on no matter how many times Log On is
selected. But my MSN contacts are online and I can talk to them with no
problems. None of the other transports behave this way.

Here is what the AIM transport shows when I authorize its request:

[2010-01-15 11:21:05] INFO :: neme...@jabber.icequake.net :: Session ::
onPresence :: {'el': <twisted.words.xish.domish.Element object at 0xa437e8c>}

'froj': JID(u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net'), 'fro':
u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net', 'ptype': u'subscribe', 'toj':
JID(u'aim.jabber.icequake.net/registered'), 'to':

'priority': None, 'to': u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net', 'nickname': None,
'payload': []} ::
[2010-01-15 11:21:05] INFO :: neme...@jabber.icequake.net :: Session ::

'froj': JID(u'neme...@jabber.icequake.net'), 'fro':

Strange thing about all of this is that there is no apparent presence
request in the logs. Plus, PyICQ-t and PyYIM-t don't do this.
