Problem:
The pyclewn web site is unavailable after sourceforge has removed
support for ``WikiSpace``.
Solution:
Use `sphinx <http://sphinx.pocoo.org/>`_ to build the web site,
based on `reStructuredText <http://docutils.sf.net/rst.html>`_
markup.
To build the pyclewn web site, run the following command in the
``sphinx`` directory of the subversion repository::
make SPHINXOPTS="-a -E -A version=<pyclewn version>" html
