Problem:
On the second netbeans session started from Vim with ':Pyclewn',
pyclewn inserts the messages in the console in front of the
messages from the first session instead of appending them to the
bottom.
Solution:
The ':Pyclewn' command wipes out both console and dbgvar buffers
when they exist, before starting netbeans.
