Description:
The ``:Pyclewn`` command does not work on Windows.
Solution:
Use ``start`` to launch ``pyclewn.bat`` (Sergey Khorev).
Note that the ``gdb.exe`` directory must be on Windows ``PATH``,
or the full pathname to gdb must be entered in
``autoload\pyclewn.vim``.
