Description:
After setting a ``catch`` or ``throw`` catchpoint, pyclewn does
not set anymore breakpoint signs.
Deleting the catchpoint, restores pyclewn correct handling of
breakpoint signs.
Solution:
Fix the parsing of the breakpoint table when it contains a
``catch`` or ``throw`` catchpoint.
