Description:
Implement the ``define``, ``commands`` and ``document`` gdb
commands.
Solution:
The sequence of commands (or the sequence of description lines in
the case of ``document``) is stored in a temporary file. The
commands are loaded into gdb using the gdb ``source`` command on
this file.
