Two ways to debug a curses application:
1. attach to the running curses application whose pid is PROCESS-ID:
:Pyclewn
:Cfile app
:Cattach PROCESS-ID
2. start the curses application from pyclewn, and run the application in a new
terminal, note that Cinferiortty must be run before the application is started:
:Pyclewn
:Cfile app
:Cinferiortty
:Cstart
