You have to make sure that the pycuda installation is in your Python
path. If it is, then there's probably a library linking error that can
be fixed by setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.

I'm using ubuntu 10.04 x64
Looks like I just needed to reboot. I had updated the video drivers, but
had not rebooted since then. All works fine now :-)
