Dear All, I saw this issue in a message in June 2010, and Andreas said it should be no problem, but inquired if any other windows user had the same warning:
.....\Python27\lib\site-packages\pycuda\compiler.py:112: UserWarning: The CUDA compiler suceeded, but said the following: kernel.cu kernel.cu tmpxft_00001178_00000000-3_kernel.cudafe1.gpu tmpxft_00001178_00000000-10_kernel.cudafe2.gpu It appears regularly when compiling new kernels with SourceModule, but everything seems to work anyway. I am on Windows 7, Python 2.7, PyCuda precompiled binaries and a capability 1.1 card (9800GS in laptop, amazed that it works so well at all ;) No biggie, just for the record.
