Hi Nicolas, all,

I've merged a version of Nicolas' patch that will enable shipped-boost pycuda and shipped-boost pyopencl to coexist in the same interpreter. Since this mucks about with the build system (and contains some Windows/Linux specifics), I'd be grateful if someone on Windows could test this mechanism. Also, Nicolas, can you please make sure that I didn't break stuff?

What's the reason behind the 'pycuda-bpl-subset' tree?

using -Dboost=pycudaboost will make boost for pycudaboost ;-) the
tree was there to keep bpl-subset intact but have the appropriate
symlinks

Also, symlinks won't work on Windows.

can we create the symlinks on the fly, depending on the platform ?

I've done just that now. (I.e. copytree on Win, symlink for everybody else.)

Andreas
