I installed NVDIA CUDA Toolkit from 
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/4_1/rel/toolkit/cudatoolkit_4.1.28_win_64.msi
 as you suggested.

You can ignore missing GPSVC.DLL, IESHIMS.DLL and MSVC?90.DLL in Dependency 
Walker.
