I'm using pydev as a eclipse plugin on Kubuntu 7.10
I do not see a configuration path as bwa describes above.

I can set colors for aptana/javascript as follows:
Window->Preferences->Aptana->Editors->Javascript->Colors

If I use this path:
Window->Preferences->Pydev I see no references to colors.
If I use this path:
Window->Preferences->General->Editors->Text Editors,
there are no references to colors.
Currently comments in python files are pretty much unreadable.
Any other ideas?
