That's currently only available in Pydev Extensions ( http://fabioz.com/pydev/manual_adv_open_decl_quick.html ) -- it finds not only classes, but also methods and attributes. The keybinding is Ctrl+Shift+T. In the open source version, only the Open Resource is available.
