Not sure if this the same issue as Werner's, but I have added an example at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3231492&group_id=85796&atid=577332 showing how SQLAlchemy is used by web frameworks like TurboGears. The session methods and the query property and its method are not recognized and marked as errors.
