I just created an account (JeremyMlazovsky) so I could try to edit https://wiki.python.org/moin/TkInter . The second bullet point in the TkInter Documentation section is:

Shipman, New Mexico Tech Computer Center Both of those links are broken. I went to the Wayback Machine and it has been broken for at least 2-3 years, and Googling his name indicates he has passed away, so it is probably a safe bet that this is permanently inaccessible. I just wanted to notify the admins so you can update the page to reflect that.
