Editing is pretty easy, the wiki syntax is along the same general flavor
as "markdown". We even provide a link to help:

Tables in moinmoin do sadly share the attribute with pretty much all
markdown-ish systems that they're not visually that close to the output,
unless you manually pad with lots of spaces and then you get massive
line wrapping as soon as they have a few columns.
If this still looks too challenging, ping back and hopefully someone can
pitch in.
Marc-Andre enabled an account "seapie" for editing, wasn't clear if
you'd actually created such an account.
