pyexiv2 0.3.1 doesn’t add any new features, it only fixes a bunch of
issues. It was tested against the latest version of exiv2, but that
doesn’t mean it takes full advantage of any new feature that exiv2 0.22
might have introduced.
The online documentation (http://tilloy.net/dev/pyexiv2/api.html) is
up-to-date, of course.
