I realised it was checking just seemed to take a while especially on some
of files. Does it do checksum or something?
The easiest way to avoid all this is to download the 'full zip.' I

I downloaded the full version first time but the zip file seemed to be
corrupted, was probably just a dodgy download but I thought I'd try the
small version. I'm downloading full again now so hopefully that will work.
If you've already installed the EXE version, the zip can still help -

Thanks
hmm It still doesn't like the full zip. Under ubuntu edgy eft here's what
happens:
$ unzip incarnationfull.zip
Archive: incarnationfull.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of incarnationfull.zip or
incarnationfull.zip.zip, and cannot find incarnationfull.zip.ZIP,
period.
