[pygame] Pygame documents, example and tests now part of the package

Hi everyone,

Pygame's documentation, examples and unit test suite are now part of the 
pygame package, so are installed with the rest of Pygame. For OS X and 
Windows users the lastest docs are available with the lastest build of 
Pygame (hot out of SVN) at Brian Fisher's automated build site:
