[pygame] pygame trunk at 1.9.2pre - merging gsoc projects into trunk

Hello,

the pygame svn trunk has been changed to version 1.9.2pre.  It's now in
development mode again.


Now would be a good time to start merging the gsoc projects into the trunk.


Tyler, Werner, Vicent?  What do you think?
