I corrected the ffmpeg prebuilts so they work properly when unzipped
into the Python 1.9.0 prebuilts for Python 2.5. But they are not built
with debugging enabled.

I will also update the Setup_Win.in in the trunk. The extra ffmpeg
information shouldn't affect anything else.

Python 2.5 on Windows. Unfortunately the __movie_test.py program
crashed the operating system when it tried to display the .flv
movie I gave it. I know the movie was valid as mplayer had no
problem with it.
