For Lion, make sure you check out the latest pyglet code from google code and run: sudo python setup.py install
then run the following: defaults write com.apple.versioner.python Prefer-32-Bit -bool yes to force python to run in 32bit mode. Not sure why you would need to install python with mac ports, but post back if this doesnt work, and we can go from there.
