Hmm.  Weird.  If you remove the avbin from the pyglet installation does the
error go away?

AVbin is licensed under LGPL (2.1, if I recall correctly), so there are
some extra provisions you need to follow if you're going to distribute it.
 Libav (which AVbin is a thin-wrapper of) has a good page explaining the
details.  http://libav.org/legal.html

FYI, there's a windows installer for version 11alpha4.
