I have a mac an XBox360 controller (might be able to get hold of a standard joystick too) but I have the specific need of wanting to be able to poll/dispatch events manually rather than using the app event loop as mentioned in a separated thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/pyglet-users
