I actually wrote something similar to this a few days ago. Instead of 
baking the dependencies, I bundled the Python runtime and a copy of 
get-pip.py. Upon first running the .exe, the program would install pip and 
all the dependencies into bundled version of Python.

Baking python libraries is usually OK if they're pure python, but if they 
have any platform specific dependencies that could become a headache.
