I quickly tried this on a Windows 10 machine with Python 3.4 32 bits and I 
didn't see the issue. It does not mean it does not happen. I'm just trying 
to figure out what is the cause of this behaviour.

But probably the best thing is anyway to use raw inputs in exclusive mode, 
so why not going ahead for it.

I don't have much time at the moment. I'll try during the weekend to look a 
bit more at this issue.
