Unfortunately, we fell back behind our plan again. I was just too busy

release date for 4.1? It should now also support Pg 9.1.

We fell behind even more. The system that PyGreSQL was developed on was hacked and I am just now getting the last items restored. The system is now built properly and security patches are being applied as soon as they are available.

Unfortunately the SVN repository was lost. It may have been backed up somewhere but I am not sure where. I do have a copy of the repository before it was moved to a more public server and, of course, I have my own checkout so I can get us back to where we were. The only thing missing will be about a year's worth of commit messages.

I will work on that today.
