OK, how about that? I would like to make two changes to it though.
The first is to start with no sidebar or even disable the sidebar.
I tried "html_theme_options = { "defaultcollapsed": True, }" but it
doesn't seem to have any effect.
I also don't see the need for the references to modules and indeces.
I'll have to look into that.
